Twisted Mtb Festival
The Twisted Mtb Festival is supported by Phat Tire Bike Shop and Bicycles of Tulsa!
DAY ONE
Saturday kicks off at 2PM with a 2.5 mile dirt Time Trial ($10 for Novice/Jrs & $15 for Pro/Cat1&2), followed by the Short Track XC ($10 for Novice/Jrs & $15 Pro/Cat1&2) starting at 4PM going to Sundown.
Food/Drink: We’re offering a spaghetti dinner and some tasty beer from The Boat Monkey for after the racing ends… well, feel free to “pop a top” during the races, but save room for some spaghetti!
Camping: pitch a tent, hang a hammock, or park that van and stay the night! You’re going to love sitting under the stars at Twisted Oak Trails and waking up to the sun popping up over the valley.
DAY TWO
Sunday morning will kick off with the beloved Kids Kup brought to you by Phat Tire Bike Shop. Phat Tire Bike Shop is also sponsoring the final stage of the omnium… the TdD’s XC season finale!
The XC racing starts at 10AM with the Novice category, the Pro/Cat1 at 11:30, and the Cat2 category at 11:45.
All proceeds from the Twisted Mtb Festival go towards the kids at Oklahoma Firefighter’s Burn Camp. Oklahoma Firefighters Burn Camp is a summer camp provided free of charge for children from 6-16 that have suffered major burns or disfiguring injuries at any point in their lives requiring hospitalization.
Burn Camp offers a chance for child burn survivors to make new and life-long friends with other burn survivors, in a setting of love, support, and unconditional acceptance. Click on the link for more information on Oklahoma Firefighter Burn Camp:
